Terms of use
1. Transportation is provided by public passenger vehicles (taxis) that meet all necessary documents and certificates as required by Greek legislation for taxi vehicles.
2. Drivers are professionals and meet all specifications defined by Greek law for taxi vehicles.
3. All our vehicles have third-party liability insurance covering passengers.
4. Our company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Taxi Express Patras is not responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising from: (a) the use of the services or reliance on them, or inability to access or use the services; or (b) any transaction or relationship between you and any third party.
5. Taxi Express Patras is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies such as road conditions, traffic jams, force majeure, or other adverse conditions, nor can the paid amount be refunded to the user in such cases.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold Taxi Express Patras, its officers, directors, and employees exempt from any claims, demands, losses, obligations, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with: the use of the services or goods derived from the use of the services, the violation of any terms, your use of your user content, or the violation of the rights of any third party, including third parties.
7. Taxi Express Patras makes every effort for the timely and safe transportation of the passenger public, for the entirety of the services provided. Taxi Express Patras is not responsible for incidents that may arise between the driver and the passenger. In such cases, the company may take action and impose penalties on the driver according to the operational terms accepted by our drivers.
8. Smoking and food consumption are prohibited in vehicles during transportation. The driver reserves the right to refuse the journey if the passenger is intoxicated or behaves in a manner that offends the driver or jeopardizes traffic safety.
9. In case the customer has a complaint about the service, it can be submitted in writing through the following methods:

– By mail to the address Pineiou 87, no. 4, Patras, 26443, Greece.
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 30 days from the date the service was used.
