Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the transfer/tour, 100% of the amount
paid by the customer will be refunded. In case of a late cancellation or no-show
by the customer, the total amount will not be refunded.
2. The listed prices are in Euros (€) and apply to transfers for 1 to 4 people.
An absolutely necessary condition is that our company is informed by the customer
of the full names of each additional person who will be involved.
3. The prices include tolls, fuel, and all applicable taxes. Also
Food, beverages, and museum/archaeological site tickets are not included.
4. For reservations concerning predetermined routes as presented on
in our online section titled “Excursions,” payment of the full
amount is required 48 hours prior to the execution of the service
